Really common: it is increased by illness/fever, caffeine and .. ohhh.... right..... lack of sleep. Not considered abnormal unless several beats in a row are abnormal. Can get an EKG for it, but unlikely to be of help.

PVC: PVCs are quite common and can worsen with ingestion of caffeine, nicotine or with abnormal thyroid function. Thyroid abnormalities can occur after pregnancy so if you have worsened symptoms follow up with your doctor. Minimizing caffeine can help reduce symptoms. If your are dizzy or feeling weak. You should be evaluated urgently.
