Muscle contraction: When you yawn, the muscles in your throat contract, and cause your throat to close a bit. When your airway constricts, air is forced up past your vocal cords and out of your mouth. It sounds like a burp. You can't treat it, other than practicing focused muscle relaxation in your throat, which would be difficult.
