Nervous belching: Its difficult to know what you mean by "gurgles". If you mean that you are burping or have air escaping during speech when you are nervous, then you may have anti-peristaltic movement of esophagus triggered by adrenalin. Is there a sour taste in your mouth or burning that may suggest acid reflux as well? Talk to your PCP about beta-blockers or anxiolytics. You may need an ENT indirect laryngoscopy
