Sharp pain in lower left abdomen, happened first time,its night and there is no doctor at this time.anything i can do? i'm in very pain.

Seek help: If your pain is that severe you need someone to evaluate you to figure out whats going on, as it's otherwise impossible to suggest options for reducing pain without having a better understanding of whats going on. You may be able to lessen the pain with hot packs and reducing the tension in your abdominal wall(curling up). Again I would strongly advise an urgent eval if the pains severe.
