Cold Urticaria: Cold urticaria or sensitivity to wool can be a cause of your symptoms. These symptoms maybe treated with H1antihistamines (cetirizine etc) and H2 antihistamines (Zantac). Severe symptoms maybe need steroid treatment. Anti inflammatory diet may help as well. See your doctor for appropriate treatment.
