Difficult to say: without obtaining some labwork and a physical exam. You have a lot of symptoms that may not necessarily be related (meaning it may not be due to a single problem). At age 50 you are most likely peri-menopausal, so shorter periods and vaginal dryness/vaginitis are more common at this time due to a decrease in estrogen. I would recommend seeing your GYN for a history, physical and labs.
