Exam needed: Possibilities include inflammation of descending colon, inguinal hernia or left urinary tract pathology. You don't mention what tests you've had. I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist and abdominal surgeon as well as urinary testing. Referral to an orthopedic specialist may be recommended if gi and gu problems are ruled out.
