Lower abd pain: If your period was normal ( in time since your previous one) , it is too early for a "home preg test" to be positive. Ovarian cysts can cause one sided pain. If your period does not happen, get a serum HCG test in about 10 days, which is very accurate. See your gyn provider if pain increases and/or spotting or heavy bleeding.
