Testosterone: You should talk with your PCP. You could have a testosterone deficiency. Testosterone is a hormone produced in the testes. This hormone causes secondary sexual characteristics such as facial hair, increased muscle mass. Hope this helps..

Muscle mass: If the men in your family don't have facial hair, you may not get facial hair either. Muscle growth relies on correct weight training, proper nutrition and natural androgen hormones. Your doc or men's health specialist can evaluate your testosterone level to be certain. Seek advice of pro weight trainer for correct lifting form and nutrition. But NEVER EVER inject "black market" testosterone!

Thin is healthy: You are getting lots of exercise and staying fit. Trust me, there will come a time when you'll wish you could look and feel like you do now. Bulky muscles distort the natural body habitus and can actually be a source of health problems, not to mention fat as we get older. I'll bet your a real looker - accept and enjoy being thin, beautiful, and healthy - You'll never have it this good again.
