Zantac (ranitidine): If you are on medication for the conditions you noted above, I would advise that you don't take it without first discussing with your doctor. You can do this over the phone most of the time and you should listen carefully. If the doctor says it is OK it is OK. If not, no matter what you hear from friends, family, neighbors, don't take Zantac (ranitidine).

Seems: You are getting righ treatment. Doubt that the zantac (ranitidine) will have any benefits for autonomic instability which is more related to connective tissue defect. However slow GI motor , GERD and gastritis common with EDS will benefit. Mild exercise may be helpful. Good you are on a Beta blocker
