So young for this: A week or two at the most. Here's info on it w/ sections near the end that may help. http://www.healthline.com/health/gerd/children#3 Think about the non-pharma ideas even if you stay on medication too. It's not known yet if such young folk can have long term problems, so think about it, especially if it's not very helpful. Best wishes.
