Orlistat: Orlistat causes you to not absorb fat, which then comes out in the stool. There could theoretically be vitamin malabsorption, but probably not an issue over 3 months. Side effects are not very pleasant. Oily anal leakage. There should not be an interaction with cabergoline. Good luck.
