Adverse effect: If you mean that you have priapism ( an erection that won't go away) this is a known potential adverse effect of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). It can be a urologic emergency, so go to your ER and don't be embarrassed! If you mean ED, like you are having trouble getting or maintaining an erection, that's more likely related to stress or some other cause. You should schedule a visit with your usual doctor to discuss.

13 hours: after taking Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) you probably are done for the day. I suggest that you give it a rest (I know its Friday night and your 18 and all but there is a price to pay if you take speed and thats what Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is essentially. ) Try again tomorrow after a good nights sleep. Skip the Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) tomorrow. Best of luck.
