No: A glass or two of wine should really not be effected by your morning by vanes. Should not be a problem

No but watch ETOH: Shouldn't be a problem taking vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and alcohol with the time difference. However if you drink 1 to 2 glasses of alcohol in the evening on a daily basis it will effect your sleep which will have an adverse effect on the vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Be well and be healthy.
