Rectal bleeding: This needs to be evaluated further. Given the rectal bleeding, you should have a colonoscopy to evaluate your colon. Speculation is not worth the risk. See your doctor to have this evaluated properly.

32/M/White. Extremely difficult to pass stool while sitting 6-mos. Only standing/hunched and still moderately difficult. No blood. Plenty of water intake. Mother diagnosed stg4 colon cancer @ 45. Occasional upper right ab pain, comes and goes?
