Exaggerated reflexes: ,increased muscle tone & muscle weakness are part & parcel of having hypertonic cerebral palsy. Stick with one lab (pun intended) & educate phlebotomists there. The Americans with Disabilities Act gives you the right to request an extra person to help keep your arm still for venipuncture. Your lab EHR's need to include your doctor's documentation of specific accommodations you require.
