Front of thigh won't stop twitching. what can cause? just had blood work for physical which can check the electrolytes..

Often mysterious: Nobody really knows why this happens. I suspect that it's due to a minor nerve injury, with the denervated motor end plates extra sensitive to acetylcholine; if the blood levels go up for a moment, the muscle twitches. Just my idea.
