Yes is possible but-: Severe anxiety can cause muscle twitches and parasthesia especially when associated with hyperventilation. You mention you also have other physical symptoms. These symptoms plus the ones you describe can also be due to various medical conditions . In addition to the blood test you should have a complete history and physical examination.
