Possible and yes: Certainly, the stress itself of being pregnant can cause a head ache to occur. Be sure to keep in touch and let your OB know any issues as it is important to assure your Blood pressure is normal etc. and not causing your migraine. That being said, there are many medications that are safe in pregnancy and that may relieve your headache, so be sure to call your OB dr. Best wishes.

HAs in pregnancy: You should have your blood pressure checked. A woman's blood pressure normally run low during pregnancy. Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) is a common complication and can become serious. Headache is one of the signs of PIH, and it is important that you ensure that your blood pressure is not elevated. It is considered safe take Tylenol (acetaminophen) 1000 mg with a large glass of water.
