Could be a migraine: If the location and character of your prior migraine headache were identical to the one you had this time then likely a migraine. if the location and character were different and you don't usually get neck stiffness with your migraines, then viral meningitis is a consideration as it also can cause persistent headache and neck stiffness. See your doctor about this, and if you spike fever - go to ED
