Yes: Try OTC 1% Hydrocortisone cream daily. Can get it from Walmart for 88cents.

Avoidance: Avoidance of the contact allergen or irritant is the only long-term solution although topical hydrocortisone may reduce the inflammation. If you are right handed, then something you are handling with the right hand is causing your problem as would be excessive hand washing or usage of hand sanitizer containing no moisturizer in it. If the problem persists, see allergist or dermatologist .
