Xylitol: Xylitol is a natural sugar and breaks up biofilm in the body. That's where germs mulitply. It is found in a nasal spray called xlear (pronounced "clear") and in chewing gum called spry. Pleasant tasting too!

Fluticasone: Consider a trial of Fluticasone nasal spray. It is a localized steroid nasal spray that decreases the inflammation in your nose and likely the congestion. It is prescription only but I think its cousin is for sale OTC-- Nasacort (triamcinolone).
