Not likely.: If this truly is the "worst headache you've ever had" you should go to the ER to make sure it isn't serious. Sinus infections usually cause facial pressure with nasal congestion, not pain. Common causes of these symptoms include TMJ (jaw joint) problems and migraine, with the dry eyes not likely to be related.
