Isolate, Tamiflu (oseltamivir): if you are 48 hrs from that art of symptoms, Tamiflu can help, but you need to get a sample of your nasal secretion tested at the ER or doctor's office to see if you actually have thus illness. Get checked out now if you feel it will improve your condition. Try to stay away from friends and loved ones until your fever is gone to avoid infecting others, good hand washing, clear fluids

Managing flu: We're in flu season, but so far there's been minimal influenza in most of the US. There are however many other causes of viral illness (colds, and upper respiratory illness). Treatment is still rest, fluids, and acetaminophen or ibupofen for fever and aches. If you haven't already had one this year, now's a great time to get a flu shot! See your doctor if high fever, chest pain,or short of breath.
