Not good: At 15 you are still building muscles and need nutrition for cell growth and bone growth,having a baby while you are still no fully grown will take a lot from your calcium storage,vitamins which you need them for your body growth.

Mostly psychological: When a girl has a baby at a young age the most common negative consequences are psychological. Caring for an infant can be demanding and overwhelming. There are quite a bit of physical demands to pregnancy and labor but these are relatively brief compared to the psychological consequences.
