No: the maximum dose of mortar opine is 45 mg daily. But the fact you are also taking Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) may decrease this maximum dose. So do not increase without checking with your doctor,

Ask your doc: it is never a good idea for patients to change doses of their medications on someone else's recommendation if the prescribing doctor has told you to do it a certain way. If that doesn't seem to be working anymore then, you need to make an appointment with them and talk it over.
