Can get slight: improvement with increased dose. Not any significant increase in side effects. Discuss this with your psychiatrist who knows you the best.

Desvenlafaxine: The idea is that by increasing your dose of desvenlafaxine that your depression will show more improvment. Each time you dosage is increased there is a possibility for increased side effects.
