Sore episiotomy: It sounds like you had a difficult operative delivery. You would be low in estrogen esp if nursing so a little estrogen creme rubbed daily over the episode site would aid in healing. New mothers are frequently tired so make sure you are on a good multivitamin. Drink lots of fluids esp if nursing and lots of fruits and veggies to help hemorrhoids.

Piles after delivery: if they repaired the episiotomy too tight it will be tender especially during sexual relationship----that can be fixed by your GYN doctor----------if you are having loose stools-------check to make sure you do not have an intestinal parasite-----several of them can give you these symptoms---as well as fatigue
