Yes: If you are in optimum condition to begin with , this should be a challenge. If not optimum, then it can be a disaster.Frequently what you are feeling can be directly related to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, sleep deprivation and poor nutrition. Self check these yourself and see the police md for evaluation as needed. Easy check for hydration--urine should be clear or lightly tinted yellow.

Very common: Delayed onset muscle soreness caused by overstretching of the muscle fibers after stressful and eccentric exercises. Good rest, moist heat,NSAIDs OTC and usually DOMS goes away within 10-14 days. In case your pain continues for more than a couple of weeks, you should probably see your doctor.
