Eat moderately: This is a common question.My opinion is to eat a mix of healthy lean protein available naturally. Chicken, tuna, soy, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, beans and other legumes. It is better to not depend of protein shakes and concentrates...they are expensive and processed many times, form simple foods.
