Stay away from: people who are sick. Wash hands often & thoroughly. Try to sleep 8 hours a night if an adult. Exercise regularly. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 of fruit per day. Avoid Coffee, Caffeine, Alcohol & salt or just use them in moderation. Use effective stress control. Enjoy your life. Stay well.
