Encourage: patients to have a head to toe dermatological evaluation each year. Since the lesion has changed - it would be a good idea to get your annual eval and have it checked at the same time. Take care.

See a doctor: Yes you absolutely should have it re-examined by a physician or dermatologist. Rodent ulcer are usually benign but can cause local tissue destruction and rarely cancer.
