Dizzy: Did you have an audiogram and vestibular work up? How did the ENT arrive at the conclusion that your "ears are OK"? You need a vestibular evaluation, ENG, ENoG or at least fistula or caloric testing in the office. Was there any postural testing with Epley maneuvers. You do not provide enough info to help develop ddx. Consult another ENT or neurologist. "your ears are OK" is not a enough.
