Depends: Bloody noses are not uncommon in cold weather and dry air, with trauma such as picking, with upper respiratory infections and with allergic rhinitis. Try some petroleum jelly in your nostrils twice a day as this may help. However, it is important to note: on which side do they originate, how long do you bleed, how easily do you clot, in what circumstances are they occurring. Good to check with doc
