If dose increases: At that rate of use, you may not develop tolerance. Tolerance is defined as either needing more drugs to get the same effect, or if the effect of the drug becomes less at the current dose....that's tolerance.

It depends.: It may take a lot shorter than you think and before you know it, you will be dependent on it. Usually an antidepressant is given along with anti-anxiety medications, because the anti-anxiety medications are not meant for long term use .
