Interactions: Using Xanax (Alprazolam) together with Mirtazapine may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. They may be taken together at bedtime if necessary. They should not be taken together if you plan to operate a motor vehicle or machinery. Take medications only as directed by your prescriber.
