Tingling/soreness in last 3 fingers, pain in inner wrist. i thought maybe cubital tunnel but i also have occasional swelling on radial side of wrist.

Nerves: Better to see a doctor to be evaluated for nerves injury or rule out carpal tunnel syndrome. May require to have surgery depending on injury.
