Complete course: When giving antibiotics, it is important to complete the entire course prescribed by your pediatrician. You should not re-dose if your son spit some out because of concern for over-dosing. If you won't have enough to complete the last dose, ask your pediatrician to call in an additional amount to the pharmacy so you can complete the course.
