Not likely : Tendons are structures that muscles connect that then allow them to move various bones. Because the collar bone does not really move, there are not really any major tendons that insert much on them and so tendinitis is not a real common cause of clavicle pain. There are ligaments, joint capsules and even joints themselves that can be abnormal and can cause pain. Exam will likely reveal cause.
