Exercise & sleep: Very normal. Most sleep medicine specialists will tell you to avoid heavy exercise in the two hours prior to sleep. Exercise raises your body temperature for 4-5 hours, then your temp drops again. So the best time to exercise (so you can sleep well) should be about 5 hours before bedtime, but morning exercise in bright light is also good.

Yes it is normal: this is a normal reaction after working out. You have to give your self few hours before you can have a good night sleep after work out.

Not unusual: Not unusual to have difficulty falling asleep after exercise, particularly if exercise is done in the evening. Best to do exercise in early morning or in afternoon.
