Very likely,: the signs and symptoms you are having are consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome. The diagnosis can be made by physical exam and a nerve conduction study. From your history I see cervical disc disease which can also cause similar symptoms. See your physician for the correct diagnosis. Good luck.
