Depends: It really depends on certain aspects such as your risk factors i.e, age, family history, smoker, cholesterol profile, prior history. In addition, it's important to know does the pain occur with exertion and other characteristics. Probably worth seeing your doctor; there are benign and not so benign causes for chest pain, if you are young and fleeting pain without association it's probably nothing.
