Not sure: You are too young to have any blockage in the arteries of heart causing chest pain. The only thing it could be is tachyarrhythmia which means your heart is abnormally running very fast. But since this doesn't happen at rest and only happens with exercise, it could be sinus tachycardia (normal phenomenon). Next time check your pulse how fast is it and whether regular or irregular.
