Cold: Symptoms may be due to spasm(like muscle cramp) in the esophagus and stomach. Symptoms may be relieved by avoiding very cold items . If symptoms continue, see your doctor.

Probably esophageal: At age 28, the most likely cause is that the cold drink your swallowing tube (the esophagus, leading from mouth to stomach) went into a spasm and can cause sharp and severe chest pain. This can also be felt in the stomach area. Though one does have to be concerned about the possibility of the origin of pain being the heart, i feel it is very unlikely given what u describe.
