Yes: The flu vaccine is not 100% effective but does usually make the flu milder even when it doesn't entirely prevent it. A urinary tract infection can also cause fever and pain. In either case you should see your doctor or urgent care for testing since both can and should be treated early rather than later. Hope you feel better soon
