Possible side effect: Betaserc (betahistine) is available outside of U.S. and is used for auditory and vestibular problems. One of its side effects is nausea and vomiting. Vertigo is not listed as a side effect. If you are using it and experience vertigo and nausea and vomiting the vertigo is due to the underlying condition it was prescribed for. See if the nausea and vomiting stop after stopping Betaserc.

Hard to say: Your symptoms warrant a face to face visit with your doctor. This way they can ask you the pertinent questions and perform an exam to make a proper diagnosis. Good luck.
