Back pain: Follow up with doctor/urgent care today. Maybe gallbladder, reflux, esophageal spasm, pancreas rarely constipation or vascular/ cardiac issues. May consider Maalox as the magnesium may relax spasm and it is an antacid.But follow up with doctor today.
