Sleep hygiene: Try a new routine at bedtime, maybe avoid afternoon naps a bit, make sure she is in a quiet dark room without interruptions or noise before bedtime. Maybe sit down and get her ready for bedtime by reading a story, to get her drowsy on the way to going to sleep. Be creative : perhaps just try to wear her down without too much excitement in the evening so she just wants to nod off

Dryers and Sleep: We found that our clothes dryer could be used as a sleep inducer for all of our kids when newborns. We'd come home after an afternoon out. Tey were too awake for their own good & wouldn't fall asleep. Place baby seat atop dryer. Turn dryer on with low heat, STAND IN FRONT of seat on top of dryer. Wait 5 min. Carry baby upstairs to bed nicely induced into their favorite dreamscape.
