To be 100% sure: If becoming pregnant is definitely UNWANTED then I would recommend a second form of birth control for the remainder of the pack of pills any time you are on an antibiotic.

Yes: Some antibiotics can decrease the efficacy of oral contraceptives. To be absolutely safe, I would suggest using additional protection for one week following the end of your antibiotic treatment.
