2nd opinion: You may want to get a second opinion to address the specific cause of such severe pain at your young age. If you have not seen a rheumatologist and been screened for ankylosing spondylitis, this is one potential cause of your symptoms and may be quite treatable.

Too young to die: That sounds awful. With a high sed rate and CRP test, inflammation is occurring. Have there been MRI? Bone scan? LP? It sounds like there isn't a diagnosis. Pott's disease is TB of the spine. Need to too find the cause instead of just medicating the pain. Your symptoms and tests are worrisome. Orthopedics? Rheumatology? Your sed rate and CRP are up for a reason. Osteomyelitis?

See an orthopod: If you have not yet seen an orthopaedic spinal surgeon or neurosurgeon, should be done. With an elevated sed rate and cpr, one would think of disciitis or low grade infection of the spine.
